Yep. Which sucks really hard. I go to a large college and the towers around here are completely full so even when I'm not being optimized, I only get 0.8 down speeds. You don't even want to know what I get when I'm being optimized...lol.

I can only imagine. Verizon 3g is fairly slow to begin with. Pray LTE comes to your area soon
