sql, throttle hack on ics leaks?

Same thing happened to me I noticed that I could not download anything that I had not already downloaded from the market it was giving me an error so I did a factory reset on the phone after that I went in to sq lite editor to do the entitlement check and it has disappear completely on as the throttle also the only thing showing on the throttle is the reset date. Any help would be great
