I just got the R2-D2 one. It was out of stock a couple times. I kept refreshing and eventually got one in the cart. Tried checking out a few time, but got error messages. Finally, the order just went through.

Definitely keep trying if you still want one. At least thus far it eventually will be "in stock" and let you get one. With 4 different Google accounts in the house I was able to snag one of each.

The refresh is only if it's showing out of stock. The limit reached is because it's only 1 per account. People ordering more than one are using multiple accounts.

YouTube's got a whole section of Cardboard ready videos. I believe you can get there from the main Cardboard app.

No you cannot get there from the app itself.


The Google Camera is cool. I rode Cedar Point's new roller coaster. That kind of made me sick. But super cool. Can't wait to ride the real thing. Flew around Google Earth. Played the Lamper VR video game.
