Sticky Internet Access

I've noticed when accessing the web, it starts out fast but then sticks for a second or two at 86-89% (especially on this site). It happens whether on 3G or wifi. Using xScope 6 (even worse on stock), Liberty 1.5 (noticed it on stock and Apex 1.3.1 too). Any ideas?

It's normal, every single Droid X on the planet does it. Probably more of an Android OS 2.x thing, so ROMs wouldn't affect it.
