Lol yeah just talked to some idiot who said it was up to samsung who rolls out the uodate and tgat verizon had no control.

That's a big negative. The carrier on locked devixes pushes the update.

My sg3 did the same thing. I had to do a fdr, then I got it. Not fun but it did work.

I am and I know they do...the guy was just an idiot. I'm gonna try to get to tier 2 tech support because obviously the guy doesn't know how his own company works.

So i still have not gotten the update and verizon tier 2 told me that they were still rolling it out. It's appears to me that everyone already has 4.1.2 expect me...am i'm wrong on this? Any ideas of what I can do to install this update. By going through "About Phone" it always says i'm up to date.
