Have you tried that, because I've been using the social status widget that's a part of the stock system to update my Facebook and Twitter since I upgraded a week or two ago, and haven't noticed any issues.
I know that, occasionally, Facebook's network shuts out apps (even their own "official" app), and you can't post, read, or get notifications, but that hasn't lasted longer than a day or so for quite some time, so if you can't post for weeks or more, there might be an issue with the app's permissions on the network that MIGHT be fixed by readding your account.
If you've already tried taking your account off and putting it back on, there might be a different problem...
