Stock Launcher or Launcher Pro with MIUI???

quick (maybe silly ) question how hard would it be to add an app/ tray launcher to miui ?

I use touchwiz launcher and it runs really well on my droid

I know I'm a little late to the conversation but I just tried the TouchWiz launcher (found it here) and it really fits the MIUI theme very nicely, plus it has an app drawer. (Now if I can just figure out how to add apps to the dock - I'm sure it's something simple. EDIT: yep, found it, it was simple.)
