Last night I tried to send a text msg, a couple of times. The text failed. So, I went and dialed * 228 and it wouldn't ring, then a msg popped up saying my phone needed to be activated and that I'd have to call the 800 nr from a different phone. I have had the phone for a couple of weeks, so I'm not sure what happened.
I did a hard reset, when it came back on it seemed to clear up the problem.
Question: Has anyone else had this problem? If so, do you know what may have caused this? Has anyone else had a continuous problem with this issue?
