Stuck on initial setup, no cell signal

I think i might have soft bricked my phone. After a bit of digging, i think i am stuck and need to revert to stock. i cannot turn usb debugging on to do moto ADB. Thoughts anyone?

How and what ROM did you flash?

i had Liberty RC1 (from a few months back) and did a factory reset. i think the 886/902 version is mismatched.

Yeah. Do you use bootstrap or safestrap? You can restore stock or flash another ROM.

Motorola is doing something to determine who us using unofficial firmware roms and such to block them out from the network they paid to gain access to in the first place. This is piracy and breaking a bound and signed contract between verizon and the owner of the phone they purchased and connected to their service. If this keeps up in bound to sue verizon for their horrible customer treatment and policies that go against their own contracts and agreements.
