Most of the .zips are flashable in CWMR or just extract the bootanimation.zip with root explorer or supermanager and put in system/media replacing any other bootanimation.zip you have in there and reboot....good to go

got it, looks pretty sweet, is there sound though and does it say fascinate?? didnt see it...
