Switching from Verizon to T mobile

Then you have to pay out of pocket for the tmo phone anyway & have to sell the vzw phone to make your money back?

Oh, OK. Now I understand. That's not a big deal, I can eat the cost for a week or two while I sell the phone. The part concerns me after reading the TMo terms I found is the requirement to sign up for a particular plan. They have a pretty awesome prepaid plan I was looking at.

I just switched over 4 lines to tmobile from Verizon and I had 3 phones on edge that they are paying. I also had an etf on 1 line of my daughters that was just an s3 that I owned but I had to turn it in for them to pay the etf.

No matter what you do if you want them to pay an etf or phone off you have to turn one in.

The droid turbo does work on T-Mobile except it is missing band 12 which is their 700MHz band. Other than that it works flawlessly

And what the previous poster says is 100% true, if you want them to either pay off the phone or pay your ETF you have to trade in your old device
