Ok, apologies if I've missed something but this is my first post and really appreciate some kindness I have rooted and SU granted for Switchme but keep getting the spinning circle. Is there something more to be done in order to switch to a new profile created?

Im not sure i can really help here - it would be hard to find a galaxy grand for testing. Is it a stock rom youre using? If yes, try a custom one, it may work.

Well, thank you for the like, and I am genuinely impressed. This app is one powerful tool. I am enjoying the freedom of a factory reset without actually doing it. I will report back with more results as I put it through all the paces.

Well I had been using it quite successfully for the longest time, and then had to move to a different phone. I didn't have root so I was without it. I now have an unlocked and rooted (Developer Edition), Moto X (along with my Droid MAXX - which is not rooted), so I am installing now and will play with it again!! :icon_ lala:

I'll report back with my findings.
