sync contacts to mac/ipod

i just got a brand new ipod touch 4g and i wanted all my phone contacts from my droid 2 to go onto my macbook or ipod. ive looked around and all i can find is how to sync contacts from mac or iphone to the droid. can anybody help me with this please?

Doubletwist or maybe even gmail?

i cant buy anything and i think doubletwist costs money if im not mistaken... ive also tried gmail after i go and sync contacts to gmail on my phone they dont show up on my computer

Open address book on your mac. Click preferences>synchronize with google. Then sign into your gmail account. From now on changes to your address book on mac will auto sync with android and vice versa.
