Sync remains on, tried rebooting and still doesn't help

In TB do i restore all apps with data or do i restore missing apps with data?

As the others stated above be careful using tibu ...personally I don't use it ...I let google restore everything then start my data off fresh .....I am just anal with a "clean install"and feel restoring old data just muddies the waters ...I used to use it but after many issues stopped and so did most of my problems as well
