Peredroid, Overskreen Browser allows surfing the net while using the stock or aftermarket video player or Stick-It video player allows watching videos while using the built in browser, stock or aftermarket.
I use Overskreen frequently on my Tab 10.1 and sometimes on my phone.
Stick It allows multiple videos at once as well.
