text message picture??

how do i save a text messaged picture, so i can attach it to a contact, also the pic is sideways, how do i turn it so its right way??? thanks everyone, great site!!

Click on picture in text, press menu, choose attached items, save, will be saved in your gallery. You can rotate/edit the photo in gallery menu.

Try long pressing the picture. A menu "should" pop up.

I just tried and how I did it was by long clicking on the txt message part not the picture the there was an option that said attached items then in there was an option to save. Hope it works for you!
