I just wanted to take a second and thank all the moderators and members here at DF.net. I got my Moto Droid about 2 weeks ago, and this site has been a huge help for issues big and small. I have used this site exclusively to educate myself about this phone, and feel that this site is an invaluable resource.
So thanks to everybody who's helped me along the way, and keep up the good work.
P.s. thank god I don't have to use my Blackberry any more

I have to agree! This is one of the friendlier forums I frequent; the few "problem" posts I've run across seem to be handled quickly and professionally, no that there are that many in the first place. And the Mods are very diligent about keeping the forums free of extraneous fluff.

Not only that, but I usually find answers to my questions without even having to post. Truly a wonderful resource!

I always like to read good stories like this Cyrus. The members here are pretty awesome with all the help they provide not to mention how they go above and beyond the call of duty a lot of times by providing private assistance.

I also agree. I am still a rookie compared to most on this site but with everyone's help I have gotten thru the "I just bought it, how does ******work" to "I really would like to try DroidMod but I am a chicken liver" to "Wow the Ultimate Droid v7.8 is awesome!"

It's always nice to see a post like this. Glad you feel right at home and has helped you along. I will TOTALLY agree with the Blackberry statement - 3 years with BB devices and there's no turning back for me.
