Thanks for all the help!
I was able to update and root my Droid again with the Razr utility.
I keep getting a message that pops up saying "Unfortunately, Motorola Services has stopped."
Is anyone experiencing this? Or knows of a fix?
How do I backup my apps? I just want to back up some of it, but I can't move them to SD card. Just phone or internal memory. I'm going to update to OTA JB, but I want to make sure that I back them up before wiping out the system before or after the update. How can I do this? I'm stock ICS btw.

hi guys,
i tried to flash VRZ_XT894_6.7.2-180_DR4-16_M2-37_1FF but it failed on RSD lite. maybe because i tried it on a GSM... after restarting phone, i am always prompted in AP flashboot Flash mode. to start android i have to press power + voulme up and down and select normal powerup in bootmode, every time. any way to avoid passing through bootloader at every restart?
help!
thanks themib. so you think the issue was just the drivers that i took from first post of this thread instead of motorola device manager? i wiped before and ap fastboot is 0a.74...
those driver should have been fine, if correct drivers are not installed, error can be found in device manager
go to device manager start/control panel/hardware & sound/under devices & printers you should see device manager open it
with phone iin AP fastboot Mode (0A.74)
in device manager look for ADB Interface, if you have the drivers should be ok, if you don't see that
look for a yellow triangle in front of a unknown device or XT894 , uninstall device, disconnect phone, reinstall drivers
after drivers are installed, you should reboot pc, not rebooting may have caused the issue
after pc has rebooted, reconnect phone, in device manager look for ADB Interface View attachment 61474
I'm having a ton of issues since updating my phone, the main one being that my texts now have about a 50% send rate. Almost all of the texts I try to send are listed as "sending", therefore I don't even know which ones are actually going through. My phone is not rooted. Anyone else having this issue, hopefully someone who can provide some assistance?
