Kind of late now but I sent my work around in the PM to CR for the refund process...

Anyhow, glad you got it.! Let's see what happens next. I'm really concerned about everyone taunting Samsung with this. I wish they would just let it be. I'm having horrible flashbacks to the bootloader unlock video from the Note 2 when they made a huge deal of it and within days Sammy released a fix.

Even if they do release a "fix", those of us that have already blocked updates are safe. I do agree with you though, people should simply take care of their business and be done with it. Don't taunt Samsung or your carrier, just be happy a dev decided to help us. I was surprised to see actual news stories about this fix....that's not the kind of attention we need.
