My favorite memory of fried potatoes was in Greece in the 70s. They were served with lemon [emoji522] not ketchup. I still enjoy fries [emoji489] with squeezed lemon [emoji522] especially with fish [emoji226] and chips [emoji489] ... making myself hungry [emoji39]
Pomme Frites, yes, and they refer to them as Belgium Fries, as that's where they figure they originally came from. Ordered with their seasoned mayonnaise and you're in for an amazing treat!
