The First Thing That Comes To Mind (Game)

I think a black and white milkshake was with chocolate and vanilla ice cream in it all blended up. That's what it was when I was growing up in the Bronx anyway. And a black and white ice cream soda was a chocolate soda with scoops of vanilla ice cream. My favorite was a coffee soda with vanilla and chocolate ice cream in it. Like mocha[emoji39][emoji39][emoji39][emoji39] such yummy childhood memories. It took me till high school to slim down. Also my Dad owned a bakery right next to the ice cream store lol[emoji39][emoji39][emoji39][emoji39][emoji39][emoji39]

Yeah! I have to say coffee is my favorite flavor in ice cream. We have a local farm here, Arethusa Farms, that makes really great coffee ice cream with flecks of ground coffee beans(but it's not grainy somehow). You actually get a significant caffeine buzz and it tastes so lovely! Definitely worth the calories. I guess I'll have to get some today! Have a great weekend friends!

I love that we are now living so close to farm to table, eggs an easy walking distance across street, fresh milk and cream about a mile... And Albertsons Market about 10min through town!
(wifee is still talking about having our own chickens and ducks...)

I've always wanted chickens but hubby doesn't want to get involved when I go visit my bestie in NJ for 4 days several times during the summer. Get them for wifee and enjoy the best eggs ever. We have a fella at the range that brings free fresh beautiful eggs every so often when his chickens overdo their bounty! [emoji215][emoji214][emoji212]

It reminds me of the days where I used to stay with my grandfather in Puerto Rico and everything was fresh... Fresh chickens and eggs .. coconuts from the trees.. nothing beats it

Same problem here, I work out of town, so when she wants to visit the grandkids etc, no one to care for them...
I also told her the same, your chickens, your care... I did the dog thing, once... Oh I'll pick up after it... Not again...

As for the dogs, we have 2 Papillons. The older guy, Jackson, gravitates to hubby and they both stay home when I visit in NJ. I take Logan, the younger one with me. I hope I can still do this as Logan was just diagnosed with a really bad heart. No surgery available but he was started on a med that can help slow the progression to congestive heart failure. I'm really bummed about this diagnosis but we caught it as early as possible with the echocardiogram he had 2 weeks ago.
