I am using DEX at work. Its mainly for business side of use and nothing for personal. You can switch from screen mirroring to desktop easily. When you use it as a desktop its smooth and nice. Network depends on the cell service.

You can hook up to a network cable. One drawback is i can't switch to portrait to watch a movie. Apart from that, as soon as you dock, it launches pretty quick.
