Patriots reach agreement in principle on five-year deal with former Ram Danny Amendola, per league source.

Pats pay Amendola a lot more than they offered Welker

Danny Amendola very talented, slot WR & returner, and young. But he has played only 1 full season in his 4 yrs and missed 20 gms last 2 yrs
He averaged 8.8 yards per reception since 2009. He's replacing Wes Welker, who averaged 11.4 in that span

Broncos are going to be pretty stacked next season. Definitely making their SB run now.

Steven Jackson to the ATL. Falcons are definitely rising up. Awesome pick. Glad to have him out of the nfc west Steven Jackson has been shredding us for years.

Another tough off season for my Texans...but Rick Smith always builds through the draft. Barwin just signed with the Eagles, lost Quinn to the Lions and lost Casey to the Eagles. But IMO, the Eagles and Lions overpaid for those guys. Just hoping we can sign Ed Reed for a season or two as a stop gap to groom another safety.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Jackson injury prone? Always a groin, toe, or other pull or strain keeping him off the field. I know when he's on the field he's a scary dude to try and stop but I thought he was up there with Vick for most oft minorly injured.

Well the positive thing about Jackson to the Falcons is that Jackson is now on a strong passing team with stout receivers. In St. Louis there was no pass threat so he was constantly facing 8 in the box.

When he's healthy 9 in the box aren't enough.

Greg Jennings to the Vikes! I hope he can stay healthy! Man, now I cant wait to watch all of this unfold!

We got a new kicker! A great veteran at that! - San Francisco 49ers find their kicker: Phil Dawson - San Jose Mercury News

New WR as well. I'm guessing, he'll be playing mostly on Special Teams and as replacement to Ted Ginn Jr? 49ers Sign WR Marlon Moore

I loved Ted Ginn but he seemed to make too many stupid decisions that cost us field positions. I like having a confident returner but you have to be a crafty veteran and understand the situation. You can not take the ball out of the back of the endzone and struggle to get to the 20 while wasting precious clock time and barely holding on to the ball. Rule of thumb is if you can not at least get past the 20 with out being touched then you take a knee.
