lol I hear ya and also:

Just a reminder to folks, don't forget to do any 'back ups' you may need to do before getting your new phone.

Wow I'm glad you mentioned that I have never changed phones before. I have the original Droid now and plan to upgrade to bionic. How do I backup and transfer my current phonebook etc?

Well I use my backup pro from the market. It backs up everything including apps to SD card or online. Then when I got the Bionic, I redownloaded My Backup Pro and just clicked Restore.

All's I can say is that if you remember all the hype aroiund the OG droid, then, when it came out, it had bugs. Within a month later most of those bugs were fixed and people and developers were wow'd. I personally look at the Bionic in that same category. I am very happy with the Bionic, and the updates will only make it better. Android = Freedom to me. The Iphone = What Apple thinks you want/need. Both are good phones, no question about that. But it's not all about the phone, its also about the support and the longevity of the device. People who get all excited about an Iphone, mainly because they release 1 a year. How many Android phones are released in a year? Choice is a big factor for me.

I want everyone's input on this. I just got my Bionic 2 days ago but now that we have a date for the Nexus Prime, do you think I should return my bionic and wait for the Prime?

That's something you're going to have to decide for yourself. Nobody knows what the Prime will or will not include, other than it's rumored to be a great phone. Nobody can decide that for you.

NO...when the Prime comes out and the next super phone comes out you gonna trade the Prime in??? The Bionic will be a good top 5 phone for the lenght of a 2 year contract why not stick with it. it's getting Ice cream and will have a enhancement update soon.

^Tough call, it could be a couple of months before you can actually have that Nexus in your hands.. I will struggle with the decision because the Bionic I got has zero bugs, just like the last two Moto's I've had. I've become quite the Moto guy as a result.
