+ app download/ installation speed. All of the apps i've tried to get download AND install in less than 10 seconds
+ Size of the phone. While not as narrow as my droid X, its not as thick as i thought it would be and i like the dark chrome bezel a lot more than i thought i would.
+ Apps load INSTANTLY, even camera and camcorder
+ Quadrant 2560 with apps downloading in the background. My OC'd 1.4ghz droid X never sniffed 2000
- Screen is a step down from my Droid X in my opinion. It's just not as bright and clear.
- Phone still gets freakin HOT while multitasking.

Bummer about the Bionic display not being as bright and clear. Did you max the bright on both phones?
 
one reviewer said the MicroUSB and MicroHDMI ports are inverted on the Bionic making it unusable in the Atrix dock. But thats the only mention I've seen of this.. we'll find out today for sure.
 
Well I just picked my new Bionic phone up, works great so far and i purchased the extended battery and saved $25.00 as you get the savings if you purchase both at the same time. I tried the web dock at the store and it worked good but I don't need it so I didn't purchase it. There is no 4G in my neck of the woods yet so I can't comment on that. I had the droid x and the Bionic is a lot faster and more responsive. I will report back with more info as I have only been on the phone for 30 minutes so far and no reception problems and clear communication between me and the people I have called.:icon_ banana:

no its on auto brightness indoors, so i know it will be brighter, but still, the factory setting on two phones being equal the droid X is brighter and more clear. It's not THAT much of a difference though. I'm still trying to get some lag outta this Bionic (running ALOT of apps, google music, while navigating) and it still wont slow down. I'm in LOOOOVE :icon_ banana::heart:

2 other pluses for me. I LOVE the new gallery app and how it integrates facebook/twitter etc. Also, i love how easy it is to get back up and running. I dont know if this is specific to the bionic but loging into google just once put my backgrounds, bookmarks, and most of my apps right back on the phone. All i had to do was login to them again.

Didn't know there was an extended battery available already. All they tried to sell me was the case/charger pack. No thanks.

This things taking FOREVER to charge compared to the X. Guess that's the difference a few hundred milliamp hours makes.
 
I couldn't help it. I had no intentions of buying this phone today, but I did anyway. It should arrive tomorrow!

Sounds like the display is close enough then! The other pluses more than make up for it!
