Just dumped my Nexus today and picked up the One M8 at Costco, they had them on sale for fathers day for $99. I just ordered the Urban Armour Gear case for it off amazon.

First impressions , this bloatware load has to go.. way too much verizon and amazon crap on it.

Guess its time to start looking at what rom to load on it , any suggestions for a plain vanilla load on it?

I run Viper on mine and I'm very happy with it.
