The Ultimate Droid 2.0.0 - Droid 1

Maybe next version there can be an option to change ERI? so instead of having 'controls' or 'blank' or 'verizon wireless' i can put something custom in there? Just an idea
There is an option to add a custom message to the lockscreen - it is in settings/location and security -

NVRMND - you are referring to the pull down

I have a set of Bluetooth heaphones that I use when I run in the mornings, and also while I'm driving. I've been able to listen to music and radio from my Tune In app just fine, but this morning my phone rang while I was driving. When I tried to answer the call I could not hear anything and the person on the other end couldn't hear anything as well. I had to hang up, turn off Bluetooth and make the calll regularly. I later tried to make a phone call using bluetooth and the same thing happened. Anyone else having any issues with making/receiving phone calls with Bluetooth?

Same problem. I can make call without problem, but not receive calls. Please fix this.

Try a different kernel and see if that helps.

It worked. Changed from the latest version of Chevy's ULV1000 to an earlier version of the same ULV1000 and now calls are fine, in and out. Thanks. :icon_ banana:

Is there anyway to go back to the original phone dialer / call screens. The new interface is not for me. Also not really digging the new pull down menu or lock screen. Maybe I'll just go back to UD 1.0

Thanks

Glad that worked for you. If you have problems with the kernel, or if it starts acting up, I extracted the bluetooth.apk and the camera.apk from UD1.0 and put them in an update.zip file...flashed through SPRecovery. All is well now. Attached is the update.zip for SPRecovery in case anyone else is having the same issues. This contains camer.apk and bluetooth.apk.

Cool deal! Glad it worked!
Nice thinking with the .zip file!

Does this update also address the zoom issue with the camcorder ???

I'm trying to change my notification light color. Where is that done? On the past roms I went through the setup screen and change it?

Never mind I found it!

So i was just on Ultimate Droid -> Download Manager -> Motorola Droid -> The Ultimate Droid 2.0.0 and it appears theres been multiple versions uploaded, but all are 2.0.0...? is it being slowly fixed and updated as the same release version number?

can anyone confirm if this is an updated file with fixes dancedroid

theres nothing on their forum about it...lots of questions and issues being reported like on this forum though

Got excited too soon. After couple of calls, everything went worse. Now, I can't make or receive calls. And BT is acting up with the media streaming, meaning I can't get music to stream to my BT unless I unpair and re-pair the BT every time I turn on the music.
Now, I'm going to re-flash the rom and install your update. BTW, if I need to use a different kernel, should I flash your update first, or after kernel? Oh, can I use CW instead of SPR? Hope this time it will work out.

I think ima stick with UD 1.0 for now until most of the bugs get fixed. I tried installing UD 2.0 twice with a fresh install each time with no luck :(

If you're going to re-flash the ROM, I would try the update first before you try another kernel. I haven't changed the kernel and I'm loving the way this ROM runs. I hope this works for you. I only tested the bluetooth briefly, but it seemed to work fine. Who knows, I could turn it on later and have more issues, but for now, all is well.
