The Ultimate Droid 2.1.0 - Droid Only

I just loaded 2.1 over 2.0, wiping data and cache three times each, using SPRE, and am still experiencing camera bugs same as 2.0. Auto focus constantly clicking and flash randomly going off.

Same problem here..also, anytime I try to change the notification panels settings in ud settings it starts buggin like crazy and the panel turnes white and I can't change it back...happened twice. I'm back to ud 1 again. Did the marketplace bug where apps wouldn't download get fixed? I read somewhere the link was updated with the fix but is it the link on droidforums?

+1 here. camera flash goes off randomly

The camera is preset to continuous focus. Top option is the focus control. Set it from "continuous" to "auto" or "infinity". That fixed the problem for me.

After installing 2.1.0, my battery now jumps from 50% directly to 20%. This is a problem with the new version, as it didn't happen in 2.0.0.

Anybody having issues with the notification widget in the pull down? Can't get rid of the gps and sound widgets. They show up even though unchecked. If you check you get double icons. If the widget is turned off then the gps and sound widget still remain.

Had this exact issue with 2.0. Reflashed rom, fixed the issue

my only problem with this so far is when i use launcherpro the 3d ap tray doesnt work right. i can flick it fine and it scrolls from top to bottom but if i leave my finger on it and drag it, it freaks out. any fix?

I love how people flash without wiping and then ask for help when something not working right... ALWAYS WIPE 3 TIMES PEOPLE!!! THAT'S ALMOST ALWAYS THE EASIEST FIX! TITANIUM BACKUP!!!

Wow!! Flashed 2.1.0 over and its effin CRAZY-retarded!!! *translator: That means its awesome*
I love it!! Its fast, super-slickety-smooth!! And I haven't even changed my kernel! Great work UD!! Battery life held for 11 hrs strong clocked @ 600 mhz and that's great enough for me.

This is by far the best Rom ever. Can it really get any better. I did a complete wipe though. That part sucked because I had to reset all the ringtones and things...but I dont think I want another Rom at all. Well, unless it gets even better....lol

Uhhh no its called doing what works

Perhaps the wipe process should zero everything out if it is now only clearing the file tables...just think of how many less posts there would be. Would take a lot longer though. If it is already zeroing everything out then its not the wipe process creating a success on the third install.
