So, will i not be able to use the "Back To Stock" theme since im running the 2.3.9 FlyX leaked 2.2 from ROM Manager, and not the OTA 2.2 (2.3.15) I was just curious, because ive been lookin for a good way to take it back to stock, fresh in between themes. Thanx

IT "Should" work fiine for "unTheming"..BUT it will certainly not get you back to "OTA stock" to receive future updates (you still have older kernel, bootloader etc,.)

Give it a try and let us know, but I am 99.9% sure it will be fine.

i rooted my droid x after the OTA 2.2 update, but haven't deodexed the phone or installed anything other than bootstrapper.

which black glass would i use and how would i install it. thanks in advance.

You would want the" ota 2315 Odex" file...open bootstrap
Select" bootstrap recovery" (allow superuser permission), should say" success"
Then select" reboot recovery" (this should reboot your phone and bring up, in green letters, the clockwork mod recovery
I recommend doing a complete backup (select backup/restore)
Select" install zip from sd"
Select" choose zip from sd"
Locate and select the odex file you downloaded
...let it do its thing, then press power button to navigate back to main menu and select reboot phone
...initial reboot will take a few mins longer than usual, don't panic...you should now be running 928Droids amazing theme!
BTW, use the volume button to scroll through menus and camera button to select

i've got some time while my phone is backing up, so can i just download the zip directly to my SD through the website or should i download it on my comp and transfer?

and thank you for your detailed instructions, most threads you go into just say "search it" which just leads you to more threads with the same message. it's a vicious circle.

Ok I got everything up and running at it looks great. My one question is is there anything I can do about the plain jane folders. I like to put created folders on my home page, but right now they are just regular folders with a pic of the phone

I also installed your themed awd laucher from your website. If I ever wanted to go back to the stock launcher, how would I do that? I went to settings-applications and found the awd launcher but it wouldn't allow me to uninstall it.
