I attached some icons and docks.

Icon.zip is not flashable, extract the zip file and copy the desired icons to your memory card.

I added the .pngs to my root directory on the SD card. How do I apply them?

P7M8- I use the icons with launcher pro. Press on the icon you wish to change, from the pop up menu select change icon> custom icon... now select the icon from the gallery.
