Yes on 2.5. Perhaps you can't load this theme if coming from another theme.

I flashed it right over the UD theme. I just mounted system, didnt wipe anything and flashed. It took like 3 minutes but it booted...

i dont know what is going on but i bootlooped trying to install luma as well....then tried a theme from xda and it loaded no problem. wierd, cuz ive tried all your others themes mike with no issues...so, i dont know what else to try.

It is weird. I just downloaded from the op and installed again and it booted. I have no idea what the issue is man and I'm sorry.

Installing themes or Addons
-boot into recovery via clockworks bootstrap
-select "mounts and storage"
-select mount /system
-go back "powerbutton"
-select "install zip from sdcard"
-select "choose zip from sdcard"
-find and select TheameName.zip
-reboot
