[Theme] iOS Theme Port

Like I said, a lot of people, myself included, were getting bootloops. So I moved the images from the theme's framework/launcher and moved them into the D1 build's framework/launcher. In addition, I added a script to the update file that creates the theme shape icons without necessitating a data wipe. I also added a dock bar background.

That's about it.

Is there a way to make a version with the transparent dock bar backround ? I'm running V 3.3 btw. Thanks.

The file in the OP right now is the version with the grey dock. The one I posted on this page is the version without it. They're both update.zips.

Very nice port, USCCHEM. Runs very smooth and unbelievably fast on my D1. I know you had talked about skinning the dock background to look more like the iOS4 dock. Any luck with that yet?

Why update to 3.999 when it's just a taste of 4.0? Might as well the, what? 24 Hours... Until 4.0 is released, sheesh.

Edit: Read my post to myself and it hit me that it sounds like I'm talking about the ROM; well I want to clarify, I'm talking about the theme, no reason to update a theme for a version that just going to last no more than a day or so.

Sorry guys I passed out last night. It's 99% complete it just needs the keyboard backlight fix. Also I'm working on getting the phone not to fc on boot. It works fine after.

I'll upload v3.999 for you. I have to be to work in an hour. It doesn't have the backlight fix. Prob forgot a couple others. I'll be back on in 10 hours or so.

Unless there's an act of God or some other Greek tragedy, I don't suppose it would take Zen or MO more than a few hours to fix the keyboard backlight. And as for the Launcher FC at boot, we've been dealing with that since v2-v2.1, so no worries there either.

I never had launcer FC with v2 and galaxy theme flashed over ss4.8. Never.

I get one everytime I boot with any of the new versions. As well as my phone slider keyboard opening in my pocket...turnning my phone on and dialing people while Im riding my motorcycle. Starting apps, etc....all because the slider keyboard opened.

Newer versions need to address this issue. Have a forced lockscreen regardless of if the slider opens.

Not a simple task. This ROM and it's Launcher are originally designed for the N1/Desire, which do not have a physical keyboard. Hence why the Launcher isn't coded to go into landscape or stay locked upon sliding the keyboard out.

Zen and MO will have a hell of a time to make it work like that; it's not as simple as porting an app to just work with another device, they would need to reverse engineer the entire Launcher and then include some code to keep the Launcher from unlocking the phone upon keyboard slide out.
