I had it running fine for a few days, today i flashed the frost theme and tried to use my backup of linear, some apps fcd and it said I had no cell service, tried rebooting, wiping data reflashing theme still no go

Did you wipe system and cache then reflash? I had Thad happen to me once. My baseband had disappeared but reflashing after complete wipe fixed it

When you first get into clockworkmod you should see two wipe options. Do both.
