Alright after messing around for a while, I figured the rest out.
First have to install the theme using metamorph, then using the m file to change shortcut icons.
Looks great, Thanks for the theme.

i haven't really gotten the themeing down yet, could you explain how you got it to look like that in the picture? all i really have the notification bar.

I have LauncherPro installed as my launcher app. With LP, you can then create your shortcuts with custom icons. Those files are in the M-pack.zip.

Download that file and unzip it on your computer and put the files somewhere on your sdcard.

Updated theme...

Changelog:

• Went back to standard gray gingerbread icons for many of system notifications but more of the highlights/presses are yellow now.
• Changed battery to GB style battery in yellow with percents next to the battery.
• If you use pattern lock, you now have Michigan helmets for pattern as seen in the screenshot.
• Included phone.apk in theme so phone app now has yellow buttons in GummyJAR/Liberty.
