[Theme] Minimalistic by manup465 for Sapphire

.8.4 required a wipe before install, unlike the other updates to Sapphire. Also the themes for .8.4 were available when the ROM was released. I'm guessing something changed and I'd stick to themes ready for .8.4

I'm running 928's black glass right now. It was made for 0.7.0. I know it doesn't help you all but I just wanted to out it out there until this theme gets updated. Tjkriegel is pretty fast and does some great work on his ports.
