If you love the minimal feel that a dark theme can bring you may want to check out the latest development of "Vivek". His MIUI6 Dark theme for the Cyanogen Mod 11 Theme Engine will change nearly every part of your device's UI. The MIUI rom from back in the day was an AOSP rom which focused on bringing an IOS like experience to your device. This theme does have an IOSish look and feel, but all of the light elements have been inverted.

This theme includes Styles, Wallpaper, Lockscreen Wallpaper, Font, BootAnimation, Ringtone, Notification Tone, and Alarm Tone. Every aspect of your Rom will be themed including the Framework and System UI. In order to use this theme you will have to be running an AOSP rom with the new CM11 Theme Engine. Thanks for posting up this new theme, this is the best MIUI theme i saw ever.
Settings screen was everytime crap on all the MIUI themes.
This settings screen is dark and beautiful.

EDIT: I tested the theme with built-in icons and the icons are really bad, the corner of each icon is not MIUI rounded but WP squared.
