tried loading it up but the boot animation seems to be messed up. All i see is two dots on the screen and they just keep blinking and my phone wont even load up.....

I noticed your sig says UD1.0, is that what you're runinng? If so, theses are only for UD2.0 & 2.1 ...

Are you sure you went to the second page to get the 2.1 link? That first page is for 2.0.

Maybe try downloading again? This is the first I am hearing of an install issue. I actually installed it myself this morning without any problems.

OK let ne know. I just realized I forgot to hit the landscape lock screen ... so I'll be fixing that soon ... maybe that one will work if you can't get this one ...
