Awesome... thanks for verifying that it flashes properly and nobody else has mentioned anything so I'm wondering if rck, you might have gotten a corrupted download??... maybe it is an issue with safestrap recovery but I hadn't heard any issues with it and my install scripts...and I doubled -checked the uploaded mediafire zip and it is the correct final aligned version, so not really sure what might be going on for you bro...

Yeah the market apk is vending.apk, but it shows up as Black Market in your apps...or just Market when it is stock.
Have you tried redownloading and trying?

3.3.12 is the one I have now. I still haven't flashed reinstalled the apk off of bboy's site but I think last time I had 3.4.4 even though he had named the file 3.3.4.

my guess is that your market 3.4.4 downloaded and installed into data/app...so trying to install black market into system/app won't work because you have a market in data/app...

uninstalling updates for market in manage apps and then immediately going inot recovery and flashing the aligned lack market zip probably will install

if you checked in system app you'll probably see the black market apk...you should just delete it...

Here is the aligned black market apk, signed so hopefully it will install over the 3.3.12 into data.app...

App is in /system. What I usually do is put a bak after marketupdater.apk, clear app data/cache, delete vending.apk, then go to /data/data and delete the com.android.vending folder. After all that installing a market app usually works but in this case it doesn't.
