Copy the .apk for swiftkey to your computer and tear it apart with Apk Manager. You should be able to change the images quite easily. Then just need to find the xml that controls the keyboard font color.

Well you make it sound easy enough. Sorry to keep asking questions, but everything that I need to do can be done within apk mgr? On average about how long should it take to theme a keyboard?
