How do we use these with the theme app in UD?

I don't think you can. I would assume that as development progresses on 3.0 that themes will be added to the theme manager. Kinda like Sourcery does it.

no, it will be more like the miui theme manager. can preview and install it on the fly. download it form the menu also.

You can use blackouts stand alone themes on UD3.0...mkt..ext

yes and no. by me or bd. we will test first then upload to the server we will use. or leave it basic and to start u will download the file and put it on ur sdcard and then open theme manager to preview and apply the theme. depends how far we get or which way we decide first.
