I really like the looks of this ROM. Is it PE 4.2? I'm on UD right now, but if that's stock PE (or even a theme) I'm going to have to switch.

There is nothing shown in that screen that is ROM specific, other than maybe the status bar.

Agreed, but the status bar is what really caught my eye. If someone could point me in the right direction...Is it a theme for PE?

It's a port. On XDA, go to the Desire section under themes and look for JAMT by ClassicalGas. It's for specific ROM's for a MDPI device. So, you'll have to make it work for your phone
