TiBu Recovery Issues

I have flashed JellyBelly v1.7, but in the process my user data on the "sd card" was wiped (don't ask how, because I don't know). I have a full TiBu file on my desktop, but cannot figure out how to get it into the proper .TiBkp format so that I can run Restore in the app.

A little help would be supa-groovy, please.

Well I figured it out myself. The fix was simply to delete the TiBu folder in the phone and replace it with the one from my desktop.
