HOW TO DETECT WATER DAMAGE:

Under the battery cover, next to the camera, you'll see a white indicator with red X's. If that's what yours looks like there is no water damage. If the indicator is a solid color, that means water damage and is what defines it to Verizon.

To see how much device memory is available for use, perform the following steps:

• Press the Menu key from the Home Screen
• Touch Settings
• Scroll down the screen, then touch SD card & phone storage
• The available device memory displays in the Internal phone storage section.

To see the available storage card space, perform the following steps:

• Press the Menu key from the Home Screen
• Touch Settings
• Scroll down the screen, then touch SD card & phone storage
• The total and available storage card space display in the SD card section
