Titanium Backup - Does it backup SMS Messages?

No I didn't do that because all I was doing was installing Nova and some how it went bad so I thought I was clearing cache but accidentally cleared data.

For SMS Backup, I use this Android SMS Backup on computer. Works great.

I'm running version 5.5.0 and no matter what I click on to do a restore, nothing has a data only option. I have either App or app+data.

I went from 905 to ICS .232 and am looking for a way to get my call logs and sms back.

Anyone have any ideas?
