Tough question. Don't think it's possible.

I had a whole bunch of stuff on the internal phone storage. I did a backup with safestrap of that system (GB 2.3.6). I then went and installed the ics leak and had that running until it started going wacky on me. Installing the ICS leak didn't wipe the internal storage. So, to rectify this, I decided to Fastboot back to .173 using the Droid utility. All that did was give me a constant bootloop. So, then I RSD back to .173. Phone runs good but the internal storage and everything is gone.

Now the question: The safestrap backups are on the SD-EXT. If you install safestrap and restore backup, do you get everything back on your internal storage?

Technically it should restore your "lost" data, but I haven't installed a custom ROM on my phone yet. Im about 90% sure it should restore your data. I would restore back and connect your phone to the computer and save what you want onto your computer or SD card.
