I just use zumocast and audiogalaxy as a backup. I would use google music but it doesn't hold enough. I don't know if it's a storage cap it has or a song cap but it's definitely missing about half of my library so I stopped using it. Zumo and Audiogalaxy work very well for me.
Verify that Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging is checked. Connect the phone to your computer with the usb cable that came with your bionic. Pull down the USB Connection notification, touch it and choose Mass Storage and hit OK. Wait up to 30 seconds, often much less, and you should see two additional drive letters in explorer. MOT is the internal memory and the other is your microsd card. Create a Music folder (if not one already) on the microsd card and you can just copy your music files into the folder.
I just use Google music. It will upload all of your iTunes songs plus your playlists. I have unlimited data so I just stream it. But you can download it do your phone.
