Transferring to replacement phone

I am getting a replacement phone today because of a few hardware issues.
What app is best to transfer everything from one samsung phone to another?
Moto had a nice app to do this

Samsung has a program called Kies that will do it for you. If you're on AT&T they have an app for that.
