Transparent apps...what's missing ?

Switching to light for some reason looses the transparency....its a white bk with black text....and its the main text font color (which is what changes on light and dark)

I would put a screenshot up, but it fc's on me when I try now!! I'm using the one "justjack" put up...I thought all he did was switch some drawables thou..??

not sure exactly what youve got going but i do understand for the most part, it will be much easier for you to get dark theme transparent then it would be to fix all the text in the white theme that youve made transparent, text can be a big pita, not sure where all youve checked but make sure and check the android manifest, also just about anything in the layout folder that maybe says something like background="@color/black" or "#ff000000" i would change to "@android:color/transparent"

If your tired of updating things.... deleting the marketupdater.apm from ur system app has been a wonderful thing. I restored a backup i had and deleted that apk and viola~ no more updated market! Whoot whoot

Transparent market version 236 it has hints of blue but is mostly the black and bold version posted by devildog in the inverted apps thread. I believe MBK initially inverted it Devildog made it Black n Bold and the Bowers is the original creator of Black n Bold so credit to all those guys. If anyone has issues with pngs they dont like or header colors let me know and I will try to fix that to your liking when I get a chance. Also I have had some issues with the market as always make a backup if you have the ability to install this over 234 that would be best
