Trouble reboot in recovery mode.

I just rooted my Droid and installed a new rom. I was exploring trying to see different roms and custom looks for my Droid. I tried to download and install a new rom. The last step on the upgrade is to reboot in recovery mode and apply the new rom. My phone starts to reboot and gets stuck at the motorola sign. What can I do to get pass this and install my new rom?

try to reboot with out holding x (just do a normal reboot) if it boots up then follow the step outlined in this thread http://www.droidforums.net/forum/koush/53385-anyone-having-problems-rm-cw-sprecovery-follow.html

If it still has a problem the use rsdlite sbf

I just redid everything. I dont want to put Rom manager bac on my phone. I think thats the problem. Is there any other way to put new roms on my Droid.
