Trouble with GDE app.......

I have purchased the GDE app from Market and it acts as if it is downloading but then stops and says download unsuccessful. I know things are ok because I bought a GDE theme immediately after.

Anyone else have this trouble?

Is there another site to go to on my phone to download it?

I have emailed twice and posted on several Droid boards but haven't gotten any response.

Now, today I notice that in all of those attempts to download the app to my phone, It has charged me 3 times for the GDE app.
